Larry Hayes

Larry Hayes was appointed senior vice president and general counsel of QVC in March 2008. In this position, Hayes manages all aspects of QVC’s Legal and Internal Audit departments. Hayes previously served, since 2000, as vice president, Legal, and assistant secretary. In this position Hayes provided legal advice and services to Information Technology, QVC.com, Facilities and Human Resources. He also supervised outside attorneys in commercial and litigation matters. Hayes began his career with QVC in 1992 in the role of associate counsel and, in 1998, was promoted to senior counsel. Prior to joining QVC, Hayes was an attorney for seven years at the Philadelphia law firm of Mesirov, Gelman, Jaffe, Cramer & Jamieson.  He graduated cum laude from the Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pa., and received his bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y. Hayes is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
