Jim Warner

Jim Warner is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for HSN, Inc, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Prior to joining HSN, Jim served as Senior Vice President & European Counsel for Ticketmaster in London. During his tenure with Ticketmaster, he was responsible for all legal matters affecting Ticketmaster's operations in 10 European countries.  Prior to Ticketmaster, Jim was a partner with Deborah Mills & Associates, a specialist firm providing general commercial legal advice for international clients in London. Mr. Warner began his legal career as an associate with the Boston law firm of Hemenway & Barnes and also served as Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court.
