Nathan Fagre

Nathan Fagre is the Senior Vice President & General Counsel of ShopNBC, the nation’s third-largest TV live shopping network, where he is a member of the executive committee. His responsibilities as the chief legal officer at ShopNBC include business development, negotiations with new vendors, oversight of advertising and claims review, FTC and FDA regulatory compliance, and government relations.   He has served on the ERA board since 2004 and the Executive Committee since 2006, and also has been active in the Government Affair Committee, the Live Shopping Council and the Retail Council.  Prior to joining ShopNBC, Mr. Fagre was a corporate attorney in Los Angeles and in private practice in New York and Washington, D.C.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees at Harvard University.
